Leonard and his wife, Muriel, along with their 3 children (1 girl and 2 boys), reside and work in Waldorf, MD.
Leonard has an extensive successful background in starting multiple seven-figure businesses from scratch including fixer upper/ flipping company that has completed hundreds of deals located in the DC Metro Area.
Leonard Nwoteh is the founder and CEO of ANB Home Buyers and Nwoteh capital respectively. He has been investing in real estate since 2015 and has never lost money on a multifamily real estate investment.
He started with a real estate “flipping” business company that flipped over 189 properties (single family homes https://www.anbhomebuyers.com) in less than five years Within the DC Metro Area.
Later, Leonard in 2021 switched over to multifamily real estate investing, where he bought his first 16 unit apartment building in North Carolina (https://nwotehcapital.com). He subsequently has invested in other opportunities, and currently has invested in over 525 total units as LP and GP.
